The location was perfect as it was very close to the ski slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were great. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent. the breakfast served in this hotel was amazing.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in this city.

We stayed at a hotel near the ski slopes and had a great time. the location was perfect for skiing and enjoying the stunning natural landscape. the room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant served delicious food. We enjoyed the facilities, such as the spa and fitness center.
The front desk was often understaffed, which made checking in and out a bit slow.

Winter vacation here was fantastic! The friendly and helpful staff, combined with the comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, made my stay here exceptionally enjoyable. The location was prime, situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Czech Republic, and the value for money was beyond exceptional. I had a pleasant and memorable stay and would definitely come back for more adventures!
